ODB reconditions eligible raw exterior plastic trim using a Cerakote-based process built for Sprinter and Revel bumpers, flares, mirror bases, door handles, steps, and related raw plastic surfaces.
This is not a wipe-on dressing. We start with a trim review, disclose prior-product risk, perform a hidden-area compatibility test, then complete the clean, prep, and reconditioning process only when the material is a good candidate.
Service pricing starts at $1,450. Final scope depends on trim condition, contamination history, and whether additional prep or compatibility work is needed.
1. Inspect
We review fading, chalking, water behavior, prior detail products, and hidden contamination risk before final scope approval.
2. Test
A hidden compatibility test confirms the trim can accept the process before we commit to full exterior application.
3. Recondition
Eligible trim is cleaned, prepped, and reconditioned for deeper, more uniform color and UV-stable protection.
Assessment-first boundaries
Prior tire shine, silicone, wax, ceramic sprays, graphene sprays, back-to-black products, heavy oxidation, or unknown detailer work can change the result. ODB may require a compatibility assessment, recommend additional prep, or decline the service if the trim is not a good candidate.
This is cosmetic reconditioning, not trim replacement or plastic repair. A perfectly new or perfectly uniform appearance is not guaranteed.
