Extend your Winnebago Revel’s wet-camping season with our 12V Heat Cable Kit, engineered specifically for 2021–2024 Revel models. Designed for seamless integration with the HydroLink Water Control Panel, this system provides automated freeze-risk mitigation for critical plumbing runs during cold-weather operation (not intended for extreme sub-zero conditions).

This kit runs approximately 66 ft (20 m) of self-regulating 12V heat cable along the vulnerable plumbing runs, automatically adjusting heat output — up to ~150°F under cold conditions — to maintain consistent heat without hot spots.

A bi-metal thermostatic switch automatically controls system operation, activating the heat cables at approximately 30°F and switching them off near 40°F. This allows the system to provide automatic freeze-risk mitigation without requiring manual driver intervention.

Startup current may briefly reach ~24–26A, then self-regulates lower in normal operation. Adequate battery capacity (we recommend a 600–900Ah lithium bank) and proper system design are required.
