Extend your Winnebago Revel’s wet-camping season with our 12V Heat Cable Kit, engineered specifically for 2021-2024 Revel. Designed for seamless integration with our HydroLink Water Control Panel, this system delivers reliable, automated freeze protection even in harsh winter conditions (excluding extreme sub-zero temps).

This kit includes four self-regulating 12V heat cable runs (66 ft total). Each cable automatically adjusts its heat output—up to ~150°F—to maintain consistent protection without risk of overheating.

A built-in thermostatic switch provides automatic temperature control, activating around 20°F and shutting off around 30°F. Two included trigger relays safely manage power and enable both automatic thermostat-controlled operation and manual control through the HydroLink 12-button switch pad (when equipped).

The system draws up to 24A at startup. Once stabilized, it maintains heat efficiently at 8–10A, making it well suited for extended cold-weather use.

System Operation

When integrated with our HydroLink Water Control Panel, the Heat Cable kit uses two independent switches:

1. Thermostatic Mode Switch
   Powers the thermostatic circuit. When enabled, the system automatically energizes the heat cables around ~20°F and shuts them off around ~40°F.
   
   
2. Manual Control Switch
   Lets you turn the heat cables ON or OFF at any time, independent of temperature.

This dual-switch approach gives you hands-off freeze protection when you want it—and full manual control when you need it.
