Designed to integrate seamlessly with our HydroLink Water Control Panel & Plumbing Upgrade, this system provides reliable freeze protection for year-round use—even in harsh winter conditions (excluding extreme sub-zero temps).

The kit includes five individual self-regulating 12V heat cable runs, totaling over 45 feet of heating coverage along your Revel’s fresh, gray, and supply lines. Each cable automatically adjusts heat output up to ~150°F to maintain consistent protection without overheating.

The system incorporates a bi-metal thermostatic switch that automatically activates around 30°F and deactivates near 40°F, ensuring efficient operation only when needed. Trigger relays safely distribute power through the HydroLink control system, allowing both automatic temperature-based operation and manual override directly from your HydroLink switch pad.

When first energized, the system draws up to 20 amps (total across all cables) as it heats to operating temperature. Once stabilized, power draw drops to approximately 6–8 amps to maintain warmth—ensuring efficient, long-duration performance even in sustained cold.
