Sound mat and insulation below the dinette window

A compatible Safe Seat upgrade opens the lower driver-side dinette wall. While the wall is open for that work, it is a natural time to add sound mat and insulation behind it.

We apply sound mat to the accessible metal below the window to help damp vibration. Then we fit 3M Thinsulate, cut by hand, in the cavity for added insulation.

For 2018–2024 Winnebago Revels. Requires a compatible Safe Seat upgrade on the same order.
