This service installs a layered sound-damping mat and natural wool insulation inside the non-electric sliding door to reduce road noise, improve thermal stability, and enhance overall cabin comfort. The sliding door is a large, lightly insulated panel from the factory; addressing it yields noticeable gains in both noise reduction and temperature retention.
