ODB - Rear Door Defroster Wire Covers (Pair) | 2019+ Sprinter
Clip-on covers that hide and protect the exposed rear-door defroster wiring on 2019+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (VS30) vans with factory heated rear windows, including the 2020+ Winnebago Revel. One for each rear door. No tools, no adhesive, no drilling.

On 2019+ Sprinter vans with heated rear-door glass, the defroster power leads come out of a grommet in the door frame, pass through inline connectors, and end at flat tabs bonded to the glass. The factory leaves all of it exposed, right where cargo, bike bars and hands catch it.
ODB's covers enclose the leads, connectors and glass tabs in one shaped part per door, so the corner looks like finished trim instead of a loose harness.
Why add them
- Protects the weak point. The flat tabs where the wiring meets the glass are the fragile part of the circuit. A snagged or torn tab can take that window's defroster out of service. The cover keeps gear off them.
- Finished, factory-trim look. Shaped to follow the window corner and door frame, in matte black carbon-fiber composite.
- No tools, no modification. Press-fit over the factory wiring. No adhesive, no drilling, and nothing to unplug.
- Fully reversible. Pull it off to reach the connectors for service, then press it back on.
- Works with your other rear-door upgrades. Clears VanEssential rear door storage panels and magnetic insulated window covers.

Good to know
- For vans with factory heated rear-door glass only. If your rear windows have no defroster lines, you don't need these.
- Not tested on 2007–2018 (NCV3) Sprinters.
- These are 3D-printed parts. Fine layer texture is visible up close; the matte carbon-fiber finish keeps it subtle.

Do I need to unplug the defroster wiring?
No. The covers press on over the factory wiring and don't change any electrical connection.
Can I take them off later?
Yes. They pull off by hand for access to the connectors and press back on.
Will they work with window covers or door panels?
Yes. They don't obstruct VanEssential rear door storage panels or the magnetic insulated rear door window covers.
Will they fit my Winnebago Revel?
Yes, on 2020+ Revels (VS30 chassis) with heated rear-door glass. 2018–2019 Revels are on the earlier NCV3 chassis and have not been tested.
