Fast Adjust Damping

The Fast Adjust system allows quick compression adjustment without removing components or using tools. The red 3.3 knob on each shock provides 10 compression damping settings across three distinct positions — soft for washboard or rough city streets, a mid range with 8 micro-adjustments for daily driving preference, and firm for heavy loads or demanding conditions.

Adjustability allows a balance between ride comfort and vehicle control depending on driving conditions, load weight, and road surface — without requiring a shop visit or shock removal to change the tune.

SP2 Internal Adjustment

The SP2 mode adjust feature is an internal bypass port (free bleed circuit) configured at the time of installation. Closing this port significantly alters both rebound and compression characteristics, effectively providing two distinct tune profiles within a single shock body. The appropriate setting is selected during install based on vehicle weight and ride preference, giving the installer a meaningful degree of tuning flexibility before the vehicle ever hits the road.

Built for Heavy Overland Vans

Sprinter overland builds frequently add weight through interior systems, water storage, gear, and roof equipment. Stock rear shocks are quickly overwhelmed under these loads, leading to reduced control, excessive body roll, and poor bump absorption.

The Falcon 3.3 rear shocks feature a 2.3" aluminum body for heat dissipation and corrosion resistance, a full 2" damper piston (238% increase over stock), and a 3/4" hard-chromed shaft. A high-pressure nitrogen charge ensures cavitation-free operation even under sustained off-road use. The result is significantly improved vehicle control, reduced sway from wind and lateral forces, and more effective management of both large impacts and small, high-frequency road noise.

Fitment

Compatible with 2015+ Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 4x4 (2500, VS30 platform). Shocks are sold and tuned as matched left/right pairs. Two tune variants are available — Light/Mid (under 8,500 lbs.) and Mid/Heavy (over 8,500 lbs.) — select based on your vehicle's loaded weight.
